This was a commisssion from the Pump Rooms with major funding from the Arts Council, West Midlands for research and development of my practice. Central to the exhibition was the fact that the new exhibition space had a pseudo window on the outside, so that the facade was in keeping with the old building. If it had been an actual window, one would have been able to see the river Leam flowing by. My life became River Jo, and I examined the route that my life had taken.
The exhibition consisted of drawings, a film, a self portrait and eight perspex containers. Each container represented one week and each day visitors were given a different colour/type of pebble to put in. Thus the containers showed the passing of time.
